U.K shipping is included on each item purchased plus many

items have an International Shipping option too.

For U.K deliveries we use: Recorded/Sign For Delivery or Special Delivery- Monday to Friday by 1pm. A signature is needed on delivery.

For International Deliveries we use: Royal Mail International track and sign for and these customers are responsible for paying any import taxes their country impose.

All parcels worldwide are insured for the full amount of your order and a tracking number is available on request.

The shopping cart does not combine shipping- please ask for an invoice using the contact form.

Everything available to buy in our store is in stock apart from items that need to be custom made for you. We endeavour to dispatch your purchase to you within 48 hours- Monday to Friday. If you order a custom made item, we will give you the delivery date by email. If you need something urgently- just let us know using the contact form. We have no control over Royal Mail delivery service but if we think there will be a delay in delivery of your order, we will let you know.


U.K customers can also pay their invoice by cheque or Bank Transfer if preferred.

Please use the contact form within 7 days of receiving goods to request our UK returns address as this is different from our business address. Thank you

We will refund in full up to 14 days after purchase for items from the Greenlandice Store except:

We do NOT refund:

1. Postage costs.

2. Items that have been worn/used

3. Custom made items.

4. After 14 days of purchase.

5. Tights- for hygeine reasons unless they are faulty.

Therefore please only purchase Mondor tights that you know fit you.
